In short: GOSSIPBALL is a free football statistics website. It is not a gambling service. It does not offer, promote, advertise, sponsor or link to betting or gambling of any kind, it shows no bookmaker odds, and it receives no money from gambling companies or advertisers. Everything on the site is for information and entertainment only.

Last updated: 30 October 2026. This notice applies to everyone who visits gossipball.com, from any country. By using the site you accept it.

1. Who we are

gossipball.com ("GOSSIPBALL", "we", "us") is an independent website. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. Not a gambling service and no gambling promotion

GOSSIPBALL:

• does not offer, accept or arrange bets, wagers or any form of gambling, and never handles money for anyone;
• does not promote, advertise, recommend, endorse or encourage gambling, betting companies, betting apps, tipsters or betting products of any kind;
• does not collect, store or display bookmaker odds or betting prices;
• has no affiliate, referral, sponsorship, partnership or other commercial relationship with any gambling operator, and receives no payment, commission or other benefit from one;
• does not carry advertising of any kind and does not link to gambling websites or apps.

Nothing on the site is an invitation, offer or encouragement to gamble, in any country. Our probabilities are statistical estimates about football matches and are not betting tips, picks or recommendations. You must not use the site, or present its content, as part of any gambling service or promotion.

If anyone claims to represent GOSSIPBALL in connection with gambling, or asks you for money in our name, it is not us. Please tell us at [email protected]. If gambling is causing harm to you or someone you know, please contact a support service in your country.

3. Information and entertainment only; no advice

All content, including predictions, probabilities, ratings, simulations, statistics and written summaries, is general information produced automatically by statistical analysis of publicly available data. It is not advice of any kind, whether financial, betting, legal or professional, and should not be relied on for any decision. Football results are uncertain: a probability describes how likely an outcome is, not what will happen, and unlikely outcomes happen often.

4. Accuracy, availability and changes

We take care to publish correct information, but data comes from third-party sources and is processed automatically, so it may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time without notice.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the law that applies to you, GOSSIPBALL and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind, direct or indirect, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content, including any financial loss and any loss connected with gambling or any other decision. Nothing in this notice limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

6. Your responsibility and local laws

Laws differ between countries. You are responsible for making sure that your access to and use of the site complies with the laws that apply to you. If accessing any content on this site is not permitted where you are, please do not use the site. The site is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where its publication or use would be unlawful.

7. Children and young people

The site contains general football statistics and no gambling content. It is not designed to encourage anyone, including people under 18, to gamble.

8. No affiliation; trademarks

GOSSIPBALL is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any football league, competition, club, governing body (including UEFA and national associations) or data provider. Names of leagues, competitions and clubs are used only to identify them and remain the property of their owners. We do not use club or league logos; the coloured initials shown beside team names are generated by the site.

10. Using our content

The text, design, predictions and mascot on this site are protected by copyright. You may share links to any page, and quote short extracts for personal, news, research or educational purposes if you name GOSSIPBALL and link to the page. You may not copy the site or large parts of it, republish its content commercially, or use it in any gambling product, service or promotion without our written permission. Search engines and AI assistants may index the site and quote it with attribution.

11. Links to other websites

Links to other websites, such as our data sources, are provided for reference only and are not endorsements. We are not responsible for their content or practices. We never knowingly link to gambling websites; if you find such a link, please tell us and we will remove it.

12. Privacy

What we collect: nothing that identifies you. The site has no accounts, sign-ups, forms, comments, analytics or tracking cookies, and sets no cookies itself.

Stored on your device: if you choose a light or dark theme, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. It is never sent to us and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Technical data handled by service providers: like every website, loading a page sends your device's IP address and basic browser information to the services that deliver it. These are Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google Fonts (typefaces) and Unsplash (photographs). They process this data under their own privacy policies to deliver content and protect against abuse. We do not receive it in a form that identifies you.

Emails: if you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and delete them on request.

Your rights: depending on where you live, laws such as the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation and similar data protection laws in other countries give you rights to access, correct or delete personal data and to complain to a data protection authority. 13. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated notice.

14. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this notice takes away any protection that the law of the country where you live gives you as a consumer and that cannot be overridden by agreement. If any part of this notice is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
